Hi, I’m Caroline... a trauma informed wellbeing specialist, solo parent, and someone who’s walked this journey too.
I love delivering “Parenting from the Inside Out” because I know how hard it can be to raise emotionally healthy children while still healing yourself.
I support parents of all backgrounds who are trying to do things differently, who want to feel less reactive, more present, and more like themselves again.
